The towels are awesome, but Rob is even better! Honestly, I don't know if I can say enough good things about Rob and his customer service. I am just an enthusiast washer, not a professional, and this was my first ever purchase. I browsed the site and gathered a cart of items I was interested in, not knowing if what I had was a "good" range or not. On a whim, I figured that I would text Rob with screenshots of my cart and ask his opinion on the range of items, hoping he would get back to me within a day or so. To my astonishment, he immediately replied and said he was on it. Within minutes we exchanged a bunch of texts and finalized what was best for my needs. Awesome! I've heard he was fast, but with 20 MINUTES of me placing my order, my order was already shipped! Holy cow, I thought. Once it finally arrived, I was very excited to open the package, prewash everything and get going. Every towel I tried was awesome! From the blue waffle dry towel, to the 800 gsm super soft, to the glass towels, I am extremely happy with my purchases. And, on top of that, Rob even threw in some extra general use towels so I could save the good ones for paint. As I said when I started this review, Rob was absolutely awesome to work with. When I'm in the market for some more towels, I certainly will be buying again!
